At the beginning it is important to understand your organization, your system, your team as best as possible in order to come up with ideas for your path. An important and decisive foundation for the success of your workshops is laid in preliminary talks. In the following, formats and spaces are created in which they work on topics, develop experiments and create their own solutions.
The personal responsibility of all those involved is the focus and the competence for self-control is a basic assumption. Socially intelligent interactions are accompanied and enabled effectively and efficiently. Decisions and results are worked out, recorded and next steps are agreed.

Who is it with?
My name is Arne Doll.
I am driven by the idea that as many organizations as possible fulfill their purpose in the best possible way and that the people who work in them experience joy and self-efficacy.
For this I get involved with them:
Family
As a husband and father of three small children, I am constantly faced with the challenge of balancing between structural and orientation-giving elements (rules, crash barriers) and the free development and development of potential and character. In my opinion, both are important when children are growing up, as well as in teams.
Passion
I find balance and inspiration in music and in cooking. An improvising jazz band always fascinates me: the combination of absolute mastery of the craft (fitness) and the spontaneous creation of possibilities (flexibility). In the kitchen, I enjoy combining ingredients again and again and discovering anew every day what leads to the best possible result (enjoyment ;-)) at the moment, with the right conditions. "You can't eat recipes", just as teams cannot be developed according to a recipe or a specific method.
